The first broker I spoke with, wanted to list my home very low without even viewing. After more research I contacted Jimmy Lane. Jimmy was attentive, patient & answered our questions, as well as, explained each step & process. He sold our home without any problems within a month. Jimmy is very knowledgeable about real estate. He definitely has patience, considering there was 5 of us. We had a buyer & another interested person during our first open house.
