We have purchased and sold many properties through the years using JoAnn Ayres with Century 21 Desert Estates Realty she is Very Professional and Knowledgeable in every aspect of Real Estate we honestly would never use anyone else. My first experience with Jo Ann Ayres was approximately 10 years ago when I contracted with Jo Ann and Century 21 Desert Estates Realty to manage my rental property after a couple of really bad experiences with other managers. Jo Ann did an excellent job from the start. Through the years she dealt with new tenants, the HOA, pool service, gardening service and various repair services with very little participation required from me. I live in California, so most of our communications were by phone, text or e-mail. I would always stop to see her when I was in the area to chat about the property. She has always been very professional. I will miss working with her. When it came time to sell the property, I contacted Jo Ann Ayres and she provided information to me immediately. I ended up in the hospital shortly after telling her I was ready to move forward and list the property. Thankfully she continued to contact me until I was able to respond and then made it easy for me to authorize the listing and within two weeks we had received multiple offers. She throughly reviewed the offers with me so that I could make an informed decision. She assisted in the completion of the Residential Seller's Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS) and all other required forms. Jo Ann was very accessible at all times and extremely helpful. She made the whole process flow seamlessly. Thank you Jo Ann for all your help.
