We had known Jo Kralicek through Boy Scouts and her PR experience through the Bismarck Tribune. She sent us mailings and emails as an agent and knowing her previously that's what led us to her. So when we needed to sell my mother's home, we automatically thought of Jo because it was nice to personally know our agent. She laid out a real clear sales plan and explained how the process would go, what we needed to do to get mom's house ready for listing, and a rough timeline of how things would go once we accepted an offer. Jo researched other properties for sale in the neighborhoods around my mother's house to get an accurate reflection of what those homes were selling for to come up with a fair listing price. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of loans that potential buyers would be looking at and what that would mean for us. She also took the time to keep my mother informed at the care center she resides in and went out of her way to have my mother sign some paperwork about the property by actually visiting her in person. Once the listing date was set on a Thursday, she agressively set up 2 Open Houses for the first weekend. By that Sunday we had 2 offers already for more than our asking price. After we accepted the offer, Jo took care of everything involving the closing date and made sure that we got the needed forms and other paperwork required for closing in order. Jo always dressed and acted professionally but had a real down to earth way of communicating with us that made us feel very comfortable. We can't think of any home sale going more smoothly and getting the best price for my mother's home was icing on the cake. We will gladly recommend Jo to others who are thinking of selling their homes and we would definitely have her as our agent in any future home sales.
