Joan provided service at a level greater than expected. She was always ahead of the game. We never had to request anything more than once. She wa truly proactive which prevented problems with our purchase and sale. When there were issues she stuck with it until they were resolved, always keeping us informed. Her local knowledge was a definite advantage. We found the home we had been looking for and she quickly sold our previous home.
