I am very excited to succeed in my dreams of becoming a Realtor.
I first came down to Inverness when I was a little girl. traveling back and fourth in the family station wagon from Long Island to Inverness for many years. I remember running across the fields to count the freight trains as they came by my grandmothers house.
Those tracks are now our beautiful Withlacoochee State Trail. I have seen this town grow up as I have become older. I feel that I am a extremely lucky to live in such a beautiful county surrounded by lakes, rivers and wonderful people.
For many years I have worked for American Express in that Big Corporate world only to desire to help others obtain
the American Dream of owning a home. I have retired, so here I am now sharing my dream,time and work with my Partner and son Ryan Bayne.

Other realtors kind of blew us off but Joan took extra care of us which made a huge difference. If we end up looking at other properties in the area, we will ring her up. I can not stress enough though how helpful they both were with our questions and our concerns. Joan is awesome and I'll leave it at that :)
