We could not thank her enough for everything that she did to make selling our home of 24 years less painful and with buying a home of our dreams! Selling and buying a home is a highly emotional event and JoAnn held our hands throughout the entire experience. JoAnn was also very patient and open to us changing our minds often which then allowed us to narrow down what we truly wanted as goals in selling and buying another home. We found a new home that we are so pleased with now and meets our needs so well that we are glad that we sold our other home of 24 years.

Both Century 21 Everest and JoAnn were their recommended options. JoAnn truly exceeded all of our expectations. JoAnn was the best to work with. I will say that I don't believe my wife and I would be in this house if it wasn't for JoAnn. She really helped us put together a strong offer. As first-time home-buyers, she kept us informed on what to expect at each step along the way and helped us understand real estate terms that we did not fully understand. JoAnn made the process for us, which was a first-time home-buying experience, as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She is so kind and easy to work with. I would recommend her and Century 21 Everest to any of my friends, family, or other associates of ours that are interested in purchasing a home.
