Buyer reviewWe have used Joann for 2 previous sales/purchases. At the time of this purchase we were living out of state and she went above and beyond to help us and did everything she possibly could to make sure the purchase went as smooth as possible. She took so much stress off of us being so far away. Any questions or concerns she was on top of it all. If she didn't know the answer she found it out and got back with us as soon as she had an answer. I can't say enough great things about Joann - we put all our trust in her and she took care of the rest- she even helped guide us for all the extras we needed for trash, internet, etc- She's a gem- and we will use her for all of our needs in the area in the future-
