From helping us stage by personally providing items for borrowing to assisting with final moving items, Joanna was personally invested and involved the ENTIRE time. I cannot say enough good things about our experience! Joanna was in our corner the whole time. When our first buyer wanted an inordinate amount of fixes and expenses associated with the house (which we knew were unnecessary), Joanna recommended we terminate that contract and she had another (even better) offer later that day. Just amazing effort on her part!

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer I had so many questions, I didn't know where to begin. Joanna answered every question in a way that made it easy to understand . She was easy to reach and would respond promptly, she let us take the lead but helped guide us and that is very important. Lastly, she had such a kind spirit she was sweet to my two toddlers that tagged along a few times but she also calmed me down and made me feel like everything was going to work out whenever I was under stress. She was amazing!!!!
