Hi! I'm Joanna Kearns and I am a lifetime resident of Pickens County and a 3rd generation real estate agent. My grandfather was the first to open a national real estate firm in Pickens County over thirty years ago and I enjoy working in a locally and family owned business. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and reside here in Jasper with my husband Max, my daughter Karolina, my son Maxi and my Frenchie Billy Dean. I am a member of the Pickens County Board of Realtors and work hard to provide each one of my customers with the very best service and outstanding results. I look forward to working with you.

Seller reviewJoanna made the whole experience of selling easy and worry free. I would highly recommend Joanna. I've heard people say they can sell their house themselves. Don't do it! I made a lot more money with brokerage fees included than I would have by myself. I had underestimated the value of my house and it was all stress free. Everything was arranged without me having to do anything. Joanna understood my needs and wants and made sure they were satisfied.

She assisted on several occasions by providing access to the home for repairmen etc. on her own time. She also gave a number of recommendations for service providers that were needed to get the home ready for sale. From the first conversation, I was impressed with Joanna's professionalism and knowledge of the local market. She was extremely personable and made it an easy choice to choose her as my agent.
