I have been in the real estate business for over 18 years. Being born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania has given me keen knowledge of the ins and outs of the area, and I am always eager to share that knowledge! Throughout my career I have made it a priority to not only treat my clients with utmost professionalism and care, but as if they were my own family. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important and life changing decisions a person may face, and choosing a realtor can either make or break this experience. Buyer reviewI had been a renter my whole life and, at my age, I was starting to feel like I was just settling with that fact. However, buying was always a goal of mine, I just didn't have the confidence to get started, financially. I was introduced to Jodi Cooper by a family friend and and spoke with her about my situation. Through short conversation, Jodi peaked mine and my wife's interest and confidence that, "Hey, maybe we can do this!" Jodi immediately put me in contact with right people to help me start building my credit. She also worked to find properties that she thought we may like based on our needs and interests. That was big for me because I wasn't even credit worthy yet, but she built the confidence in me that I could get this done. Jodi helped us move into a home that properly fit our family and worked with the selling agent to get us in a situation that helped give me some time to build my credit. In less than a year, it finally happened. Jodi was there every step of the way and made the process very easy for us. Anytime I had a question, she worked to get an answer and worked diligently until the end to help us get the most out of our buying process, and finally, our purchase!! Thank you Jodi, for everything!!!

She knows so much about the area and was able to show us so many potential homes. She was also so great when we changed properties in a last minute situation. Buyer reviewI told her what I was looking for Jodi looked in to it gave me some choices with in a week. We looked at two she got me details on the tow so I could decide and contacted the owner of the one I wanted and worked out a deal . The owner was in the hospital for part of this so there was a delay but that was no ones fault. Everything from then on went smooth. About a month later a Freind of mine was intrested in a house that he found on line so I passed Jodi's number along to him and got another smooth job done for him I would recommend Jodi cooper to anyone.
