Jodi has been absolutely amazing from the first time we contacted her. She responded quickly to any questions or issues I had early in the morning, late at night, on Sundays, holidays... She maintains a professional demeanor always but is also very personable, kind, and understanding. I went through a terrible experience trying to buy a house last year, and after I told Jodi, she was particularly understanding of my crazy questions, and treated me with "kid gloves" without being condescending or irritated. She dealt with my frequent last-minute appointment changes with kindness and compassion. She, of course, showed us our property and made it as easy as possible for me to negotiate the entire home buying experience that one would expect from a good Realtor, but she went above and beyond that. She's an amazing person to work with, and I hope Century 21 realizes what an asset she is to the company! I've already recommended her, by name, to my friends and family, and will continue to do so. She had extensive knowledge of the surrounding area, showed us the property initially and made sure she was present for the inspection, last-minute walk-through I requested, told me what to bring and to expect for closing day, explained escrow accounts and where the money was going, and had excellent attention to every detail. I need to add that I'd frequently contact her during the process, kind of freaking out about different issues that had to do with the lender, and she would find the answer to every question or problem I was experiencing. She really goes above and beyond her scope of duties.
