In more than one instance she moved ahead to incorporate items into the process that were to our benefit and presented the necessary forms for our approval. We did not have to suggest or push on issues like minor remediations. Things I might have thought we would need to take care of she incorporated into the contract with the sellers. All in all it was a very positive experience.
