I am a North Dakota native, growing up in the small community of Kramer and graduating from Newburg High School. After college I lived and worked in the Bottineau and Lake Metigoshe area for 20 years before moving to Minot in 2006. Previously working for Engineering companies in Dunseith and Minot, and I received my Real Estate License in December 2013. Growing up on the family farm in north central North Dakota, I understand the meaning of 'helping out your neighbor.' Buyer reviewI had different realtor during my home search. However, when i met Jody I didn't want to work with anyone else. I had saw a few homes closest to Grafton where I work which had different realtor/broker. However, because Jody is such an efficient, knowledgeable, kind, good negotiator, professional, patient and most of all she looks out for her clients best interest. I love her work ethics and she will be my forever realtor. She's one in a million Realtor.
