I always see Joe around Sailboat Bay and he is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. After i contacted Joe about possibly selling our condo, he immediatley went to work finding out exact size of our condo as well as market conditions. Within 24 hours he recommended how much we should list it for and so we did. We got real close to what we listed for so it was a good deal for us but also a fair price for the buyer.
