Joe F. Livingston, a proud Texas native, shares his life with his wonderful wife, Victoria, their four children and 11 grandchildren-the heartbeat of his devotion. Nestled in the vibrant Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex, Joe finds joy in the plethora of entertainment, sporting events, and diverse dining options that surround him.
Beyond his family life, Joe and his clan actively engage with their community through church, organizations, and various activities. A graduate of Grand Prairie High School in 1975 and the University of Texas at Arlington in 1983, Joe holds a wealth of educational achievements, including a degree from CBU, a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and is a Certified Residential Specialist.
With a real estate journey that began in 1978 with the acquisition of his salesperson's license, Joe continued to ascend, obtaining his Real Estate Broker's License in 1981. As a seasoned professional, he brings a depth of knowledge to the industry.
A member of Inglewood Baptist Church, a Mason and an Eagle Scout, B.S.A, Joe takes pride in his role as a Realtor and Broker/Associate for Century 21 Judge Fite Company, the largest family-owned and operated Century 21 Company in Texas. Buyer reviewJoe Livingston was my my broker when I purchased six fourplexes in Lubbock. He was good with negotiation, dealing with tenants, and very respectful when viewing tenant residences I had a particularly negligent and difficult seller and his broker. Joe went and above and beyond and handled things that other broker should have done. He used his own vehicle to show me properties that were hours away. He was very understanding of my needs and goals. He has good character and someone I now consider as a friend. I could not have selected a better broker and would definitely recommend his services.

You always want Joe when buying a house or selling a house Really cares abt his customers needs and works hard to find the right house. Gives more than 100%.even gave some of his commission with the sellers agent. That's going more than the extra mile. He is the best in his business. Yo is extremely knowledgeable listens carefully to your needs, knows the area, knows how to search for the best prices in homes. Everything you need and Realtor and a friend.

Buyer reviewJoe and Mayra (who handled our loan) were both helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and made everything quick and easy. This was especially helpful considering we were closing on the house just as the COVID-19 lockdowns were starting. Joe was very knowledgeable, and very was able to offer a lot of insight into unusual things in houses that we viewed. This was both in regards to things possibly in need of repair and some strange modifications previous homeowners made for their own ease of use. For example, we viewed one house where the weep holes had been filled with expanding foam. Joe told us why the homeowner likely did so, why we probably should not do so, and offered some safer alternatives to accomplish the same goal.
