I generally think of sales people as necessary evils. A lot of fluff without really adding a lot to the actual decision making process. Joe, on the other hand, knows houses. I trust him to tell me what to buy and for how much. He is someone that I genuinely like to be around. He's not going to try to sell, he's going to meet and exceed your expectations.

I can't say enough positive things about Joe Vitale. He was truly excellent in every way. During our first meeting, he spent the time to thoroughly explain the whole process and estimated timelines to me. He was extremely approachable and actually helped me to move from being nervous to excited about the prospect of purchasing a new home. Throughout the whole process, Joe provided timely updates and he was always accessible when I needed him. He really went out of his way to accommodate my needs and exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Joe gained my trust right away - He was always patient, respectful, professional and friendly. It is obvious that Joe truly cares about his clients. He really went the extra mile to make sure my experience was positive and he advocated for me every step of the way. I have recommended Joe to several friends and if I ever decide to buy or sell another property, I will definitely call Joe!
