JoEllyn was an amazing help with our search for our first home for our new family. She knew what we were looking for, what we expected, and what price range we were trying to stay in, and she did everything in her power to make sure the house we bought was within those means. She showed us many different houses, in different locations, and at all hours of any days/nights. We had an inspection go wrong on a house that we had put an offer on, so she told us that she would not want us to raise a family in a house that wasn't up to par and that she could help us find the perfect home, to not lose hope. Low and behold, we found a brand new listing that night that looked just right and told her we needed to see it ASAP. Without any hesitation, she got out of her pajamas and back into her clothes, and drove all the way back to the same city we had just left (about 35 minutes away) to show us the house that night because she knew it was "it" and that it was a great home for us and we needed to get it because it would not be on the market for long! And she was right, it ended up being exactly what we were looking for and we appreciated all the different showings and craziness she dealt with in order to get us right where we needed to be. Couldn't have done it without her, and we couldn't be more grateful for all her generosity and hard work on the search for our first home as a family!
