I have dealt with John on two previous occasions. John was my exclusive agent on these two previous sales. John is extremely professional; has a true and real concern for the seller; and knows what the seller wants. Obviously he is astute at knowing the area, which is so important when selling a house. Has his client's interest at the forefront and is honest. Since this was the third house John sold for me, obviously I have a lot of confidence in John and would never use anyone else. John is the BEST!! John's honesty and being realistic with what had to be done in order to sell this house was the "key" to selling the house as quickly and painlessly as possible. Without John's honesty, I do not feel the house would have sold. We had legitimate offers within 2 days of when the house was put on the market. Within 4 days, we were in serious negotiations with the person who ultimately bought the house. Couldn't ask for a better response. Would not use anyone else to sell my house other than John Kmiecik. Have recommended him to associates and family.
