We chose Mr. John Koetter because we know him from our community and we attend the same church. We wanted Mr. John because he is trustworthy and just a great big humble man. I would recommend Mr. John Koetter because he is trustworthy, kind, honest, and he gets the job done! He was very knowledgable and responded right away to our phone calls and texts. Whenever we had a question, he would find out the answers immediately if he didn't already know the answer. The whole process was very quick and we appreciate all that Mr. John Koetter did for us in purchasing our 20 acres.
