He was always extremely prompt with information asknsnd getting back to us and most important he was patient. We looked at dozens of houses and he was with us every step of the way. To be honest, I don't really feel as if we went through a major realty service. Mr. Kubicar made it feel so one on one and genuinely easy going that it was not an overly stressful process where one would typically believe it to be.
