Seller reviewJohn Lagerquist has sold 2 homes for me now. He cares a great deal about his clients. John is much more than a realtor to me. I now consider him a friend. He was always professional and understanding of the fact that I am a single mom with very little time and money to spare. Since this was my first sale and purchase of a home by myself, I could not have done it without him.

We appreciated that he was local and relayed information to us that was honest, and thoughtful. He was patient with us as we had our 3 children with us on several occasions :) We conversed with John about life and family, and at no time did we feel like he was just trying to sell us a house. He was there for us in this exciting and nerve racking time to be a voice of reason and guidance. This is OUR first home and we are very happy that a family friend and now friend to our family in John was the one we are privileged to have worked with.
