In one of our past sales transactions, John took the time to thoughtfully advise and recommend different considerations during the home inspection negotiation. We were fully prepared to pay for a new roof for the purchaser, but John guided us through the logic of offering a closing credit equal to half the price of a new roof. This ultimately saved us real money and is only one small example of how John always acts with his client's best interest in mind. John's pragmatic, logical and ethical approach to real estate transactions is what keeps us coming back time after time. Last but certainly not least, aside from all of this, John is also a genuinely nice guy and he's a pleasure to work with.

We originally wanted to put our house on the market in feb 2020, but thought there would be fewer people interested in buying during the pandemic. So we took a tenant instead up to January 2022 and hoped we would still be in a sellers market. John easily restarted our campaign and guided us through some physical improvements to the house and sales trends. After the improvements and our open house in Jan 2022, we had a satisfactory offer in one day. Thanks to John patiently standing by and continued communication for more than a year, we sold our home faster and with a better outcome than we would have had in 2020.
