John made this process fun. As first time home buyers we were nervous and did not know what to expect when looking at homes. John did a fantastic job at explaining the process and he truly helped us weigh all of the options. He was extremely dedicated to finding the house we were looking for and he never pressured us into a decision. Despite the countless showings we requested he set up, John always remained positive. He is extremely approachable and very easy to get a hold of. John is also extremely considerate of getting back to us on time. I couldn't think of any real estate agent more dedicated, thoughtful, and kind as John Perriello.

We have known and worked with John Perriello for several years and we have recommended him to other people that he has also helped in the purchase of a home. John is very patient and makes a point to get to know the customer's wants and needs so he can find the right home for them. He is very detailed oriented so that there are no surprises during the closing. John is the only real estate agent that we would use if we decide sell or buy additional real estate in the future.
