Working with John was one of the best decisions we made when searching for our new home. After dealing with a few other agents that just didn't seem to care, we found John. He was personable, knowledgeable and willing to help where others couldn't seem to be bothered. Our house requirements changed over the course of searching. Whenever we let John know of the change, he quickly adjusted our search and we were off looking at the new houses within a matter of days. We are now in our own home and couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend!

At a time in my life when selling a home ( at a bad market time) was the last thing I had time for - John Pordon came in and quickly and effortlessly began the process. He told us of the going market price and the lengthy time it took for houses to sell at that time - so the time it took and the eventual selling price were not a surprise. He worked diligently on our behalf and sold a house at a time where the release of that obligation, was a great gift! John was always keeping us in the loop and offered assistance throughout the whole process. My husband was in the hospital, very ill, and John brought about a closing that was quick and efficient, with no surprise endings ( or costs)- John Pordon was a blessing. My Husband and I met John 1 year ago when we started the home buying process. I called Century 21 regarding a property I saw for sale and John answered the phone (typical to his nature of non stop work!) As first time home buyers, the entire process was very new to us. John was extremely thorough and always available to answer any questions we had. John is very persistent, never gave up trying to find us a home and was always on top of the new houses in the areas in which we wanted to stay. Working with John we ultimately always felt as if the decision was ours and never felt pressured into making a decision we weren't comfortable with. John clearly wanted to make sure we were happy and confident in our decision in purchasing the right home for us. We would highly recommend John to any of our family and friends!
