John Pruski Is a great realtor with who helped us understand the very long and complicated process on buying the house. He is very straight forward in explaning the next steps, paperwork, inspections, etc. in buying our house. Also, he was always in contact with both the sellers and buyers in my situation to make sure things were moving forward and everybody was up to date on the current situation. I would definitely recommend John Pruski to anybody looking to buy or sell a house.

I was recommended CENTURY 21 Scott Myers Realtors as a part of my relocation with my company but I am very happy and satisfied with the recommendation as it was the beginning of a great relationship with John. prior to even starting to look at properties, John met up with me to get a feel for our chemistry and go over what I was looking for. John was very insightful and knowledgable as he has an abundance of experience that helped me fins my new home. John was very patience and flexible as I was living 4hrs away at the time and could only see properties on weekends. He made sure to address my needs and provided insight/advice when he saw me contemplating things. He made sure to give me enough time to think things over and reach out every week to follow up with me. once we finally found a place to make an offer on, John was on top pf everything. he walked along side me and made the whole process that much easier. I used his lender, Kaelan Cheatham, over at Pilgrim mortgage and both they played such a big role in me finding the perfect home. They both supported me to the very end; even went as far to accompany me at closing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place in the San Antonio area.
