Seller reviewJohn Ritz was selected over another broker because of his knowledge of the area and his honesty. John did a great job negotiating between two offers. He did not need to do a lot of other advertising due to the quick sale. We have moved 8 times, and John Ritz is the best real estate agent we have ever had. This was also the least stressful sale we have ever had, due to the honesty and communication skills John possesses. Rarely was there a need to contact John, as he anticipated questions and kept in contact throughout the selling process. In fact, John listed our condo when we were 1400 miles away. He handled the details and made sure the condo was ready to show and checked the condo after each and every showing. This was the best real estate experience we have ever had due to the abilities of John Ritz. We also got our full asking price for our property, due to John's good negotiating skills. He was honest and gave us a summary of each offer, which was easy to understand. He took care of every detail and was always pleasant and upbeat.
