We had a very messy deal due to my mother-in-law's situation on the property but it did happen and he was patient and responsive during this process. Buyer reviewSelling a home, after over twenty five years, is one of the most stressful things I have ever done. In all honesty, I was terrified! John was so knowledgeable, and extremely patient, explaining everything in terms that we could understand. He made suggestions, but never pushed us into anything. I soon learned that his advice was always spot on. We started looking for a larger home just before the horrible fire in Paradise. Within no time at all, there was a shortage of homes. We needed to find a home with enough space for my elderly father, who was going to live with us, and each day our chances of finding a place grew slimmer. There were times that we felt so discouraged, but John never lost hope, and even though he was extremely busy, he made us feel like we were his only clients. He was kind and soft spoken, yet tough as nails on our behalf. We owe so much to him... We have been in our home for six months now. My father has joined us and we are getting settled in. I am so thankful to John for working so hard to help us find a home.
