John was a pleasure to work with, from the beginning of the sales process he was very prepared with comparable homes that had been sold recently around my area, which allowed me to feel comfortable with the listing price. From placing the home on the market, until the day of the closing, John called along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly and if I had any questions he always worked to give me an answer.
