He was very friendly throughout the process and we never felt like he was putting pressure on us to make an offer. In our initial meeting with John, he spent a good deal of time getting to know us and trying to understand what we wanted in a property. We also came away from that meeting knowing that he had a great deal of knowledge of the local properties. John made himself available for inspections and tried to make the purchase easier for us since we do not live in the vicinity of the purchased property.
