I am a U.S. Army retired veteran and have dealt with many high pressure situations. The current climate of the real estate market forces one to have to make a very important and critical decisions in a very short period of time due to the limited amount of time properties stay on the market. He is very motivated. As I stated earlier I am veteran and I have several disabilities, one being non-physical. Had it not been for Jon's patience and concern I would not have been able to decide on a home nor would have I gotten through the home purchasing process at all. I believe his background in auto sports uniquely qualifies him to make critical decisions with little or no time to contemplate those decisions yet his intuitive judgement is a force multiplier for anyone who is seeking to make the big financial decision of purchasing a home. I had full confidence in Jon throughout the search and purchasing process. If I owned a real estate company I would seek to find more real estate agents like Jon.

I was immediately comfortable with Jon. I knew that he was on my side, willing to work for me to make the process as efficient and effective as possible. I felt that he listened and understood why I wanted to sell, and what I needed in order to be happy with the sale. He offered sound advice, and kept us on schedule and moving forward.
