I was confident that Jon was looking out for my best interests in the process and did not see me as another commission to make. This was very comforting for me as the home buying process was new to me and I was doing it alone, as my parents had never bought a home, having built the house I grew up in. Jon was happy to help me with the formulation of an official offer for my condo after I found it on my own. Jon recommend an excellent inspector who did an amazing job in helping me with the inspection of my home as I am a first-time home buyer.
