Buyer reviewI knew Jon since childhood and saw on his Facebook page a few years back that he had obtained his real estate license. Knowing Jon was an honest, hard working, and knowledgeable person, I immediately reached out to him when we were in the market for a house. Jon was always quick to respond to my messages anytime day or night and he had a local knowledge of the area. I hadn't lived in the area in over 30 years so Jon was able to fill in the gaps regarding taxes, communities etc. Jon has a friendly genuine nature which we appreciate. After dealing with fake smiles, false promises and outright mistruths from agents in the distant past Jon was a breath of fresh air! We knew Jon always had our back every step along the way! My husband and I can't say enough good things about Jon but we would definitely recommend him as an agent.

We over came some very interesting situations to include an offer that literally burnt to the ground, several over priced bidding situations an unprofessional listing agent and a seller that fell ill. Nevertheless, we prevailed and it worked out for the best.
