He drew up all the contracts efficiently and expediently. He is honest and never attempts to persuade you to invest in costly home improvements that may or may not raise the selling price of your house. Jonathan was excellent with my husband who was solo in getting our house ready for market--he never made my husband feel pressured to submit to removing a long-standing evergreen tree in our front yard, for example. Jonathan is a good person--my husband and I have no doubt. We will always be grateful to Mr. Booth for caring about the buyers as well as our family. Jonathan knew our most heartfelt goal was to make a quick sale to a qualified buyer who truly desired a relocation in the Windrush Subdivision. Jonathan and the buyer's representing agent, Billy Miller, teamed up and got the sale completed in record time!
