Buyer reviewWe were referred to Jonathan through our Virginia Century 21 Realtor Brittany Camacho would said Jonathan would be the best person in the company to represent us in Maryland. We probably saw 15 properties with Jonathan and often added properties late at night or last minute and he never missed a beat. Jonathan was an expert and was on top of everything throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Jonathan and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Buyer reviewJonathan has a wealth of knowledge about the DC area and made sure we were heard. We had been working with another agent before Jonathan -- but felt like they were arguing with us -- trying to convince us to submit a higher asking price than we were comfortable with. Having an agent that did not feel like they were on our side makes the purchasing process more nerve wracking than it already is. Jonathan completely changed that and made us feel confident in our purchase and made sure to ask us what our goal was and went above and beyond to make sure it was met when closing on our home (including the closing price). I would recommend Jonathan for your DC purchases!

Small things I thought wouldn't matter, that in the end turned out to make a huge difference in how the home showed to others. That's the level of detail Jonathan provided at every step of the process. Having both bought and sold a home this year with Jonathan, I can speak very highly of his overall knowledge of the home-buying/selling process. His guidance was invaluable.

He is very responsive throughout the day, night and weekend. He is quick and organized, and takes the time to understand the client's needs and desires, without judgment but with good counsel, humor, and candor. So easy and such a pleasure to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything or commit to anything that I was not ready and willing to do or commit to. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to research the properties and neighborhoods before meeting and visiting, so he is able to provide a lot of valuable insights as I considered different homes and locations throughout the District. I very highly recommend Jonathan!
