All of the work he did up front in helping me get my house ready contributed greatly to my house being under contract in just over a week. I have already recommended Jon to a few of my friends selling houses and they have also been very pleased with his work. The office staff helped me with signing the pre-closing paperwork and were very accomodating and pleasant.
