My job is to provide a stress free professional purchasing experience from start to finish. I understand the stress involved in moving - both in terms of the physicality of the endeavor and the personal aspect of it. I am patient and empathetic and have a wealth of knowledge about the local area to offer my clients. It is always a joy to watch my clients receive their keys at settlement.

Seller reviewThe buyers of my home, their agent and lender were the absolute worst to deal with, but having Jonelle as my agent made the process much better because she constantly kept me updated and informed. She made sure to contact their agent and relay messages so that all were on the same page. We had numerous delays that made it very stressful for me and without Jonelle I would have given up due to every obstacle we encountered due to our buyer's lenders/agent. Jonelle was patient, confident and transparent. I have absolute trust in Jonelle. She deserves much recognition, especially after what we went through with our buyers.

She responded very quickly with her research on the neighborhood and was very helpful with advice on renovations that would make the house more attractive and sellable. I've never seen a home sale completed without some drama. What we like best about Jonelle is how calm and collected she is and when the drama arises, she knows just what to do. She is really great to work with.

She took time out of her busy schedule to answer any question(and there were many:-) that I had. It was such a smooth process and mainly because of the effort Jonelle put in to make my sale happen. I can't say enough good things about Jonelle! I never had a second thought as to whom I would contact when I needed to sale my home. Jonelle did such an awesome job with helping me purchase my home, I promised her then(back in 2013) that when I was ready to sell, she would be the person I would go to. She is absolutely AWESOME! The overall experience was top notch and I am so apprecitive of the phenomenal job Jonelle provided!
