Seller reviewThis was my first time selling a house and knew very little about the process and its governmental reporting requirements. My first choice of a Realtor had to recuse himself because of an out of state family issue. He recommended the agency that sold the property. The property is sold as agreed with out issues. He obviously knows how to make this happen. I'm satisfied.. I live out side California and was not physically present for this sales process so, beyond knowing a sign was planted in the front yard I had to rely upon the realtors verbal, email and text updates which obviously worked because the property is sold. Property is sold as planed. I'm happy.
