Buyer reviewThe patience Mr. Santos had and the understanding were what ultimately led to my staying with him as my agent and Century21. Mr.Santos' Knowledge of housing, whether it be the prices or materials used in the construction of the house played a vital role in my decision making. When I had a difficult pick, Mr. Santos would go out of his way to break it down so I could easily understand it. The paint, stairs, windows, doors all things that play a good part in the future of the house, Mr. Santos made me aware of. I never felt as if I was rushed. Even at closing, a time when things need to be speedy and that says something.
