Buyer reviewThank you Joe for your professional assistance in locating our dream home! To give the full story of our situation, we were moving from FL and needed to find a home. I was in process of closing on our house down in FL and we asked Joe to show us a house that he had listed and found that it was missing some features that we needed. When I met Joe he had already figured on 5-6 other houses in different areas for showings to get a gauge on what was important to us. I have purchased 5 houses in my life but this house was a purchase for long term as opposed to a price point. The time that we spent in the first couple houses and the feedback that I gave him led us to a house that was not even on the market yet. He knew someone who was going to be listing and as soon as it was available we were one of the first people to be able to see the property. Joe also helped with the negotiations to get me a fair price but also be the winning buyer. We have closed on our house and are in the process of making it our dream house and could not have done it with out Joe!

Seller reviewJoe made several recommendations and advice prior to listing the house. Following that advice, we had a written offer after the third showing. The house went pending after only being on the market a few short days. He was instrumental in making sure the inspection, the appraisal, the buyer's walk-through were all followed up on promptly. Letting me know if there were any concerns. Telling exactly what needed to be done to resolve any issues. Closing happened exactly when it was originally scheduled for. Thanks for taking this big concern off my plate, allowing me to focus on my move to California for my new job.
