I am a local realtor that has been in the area for over 30 years. I work with buyers and sellers in the Flagler and Volusia county area. I am a member of the Daytona Board of realtors and the Flagler county board of realtors. The cities I work with are: Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, South Daytona, Ponce Inlet, Daytona beach Shores, New Smyrna, Edgewater, Deland, Deltona, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, Palm Coast and any other cities in between the two counties. I work with single family homes, condos, vacant land and condotels. I look forward to working with you if you are selling or buying a home in the Daytona area.

We hired Joe Endara to be our real estate agent to sell my Dad's house. As anyone can imagine, I was worried that trying to sell a house out of state would be quite an ordeal. However, I could not have been more wrong. Joe knew our situation and made it so very easy for us. We never had to come back to Florida for anything and he kept in contact with us regularly.
