I am a local realtor that has been in the area for over 30 years. I work with buyers and sellers in the Flagler and Volusia county area. I am a member of the Daytona Board of realtors and the Flagler county board of realtors. The cities I work with are: Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, South Daytona, Ponce Inlet, Daytona beach Shores, New Smyrna, Edgewater, Deland, Deltona, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, Palm Coast and any other cities in between the two counties. I work with single family homes, condos, vacant land and condotels. I look forward to working with you if you are selling or buying a home in the Daytona area.

Seller reviewJoe Endara is amazing! We are out of state needing to sell my aunt's house and didn't know anyone or anything about the area. Joe was recommended by our elderly care attorney and Joe went above and beyond in getting the house sold for us. Understanding that we could not run down to Florida constantly and needed guidance on the area, he keep an eye on the house, coordinated repairs, the inspection, recommended an awesome cleaning crew and auction house just to name a few. Joe had a solid sales plan to get the most for the house, but was realistic in watching the market and feedback to keep buyers attracted to the house. He provided great feedback on negotiating offers to maximize our returns. Joe kept us updated throughout the marketing and sale and responded to questions within minutes via email, texts and personal calls. The sale couldn't have gone smoother or less stressful.
