Joe was extremely helpful in the sale of my childhood home after my mother's passing. I live out of state and the house needed minor renovations to prepare for sale, Joe handled all of the arrangements and got everything taken care of in a timely manner. We discussed our timeline and goals in advance and hit all of them, including target sales price. Joe was always professional and solution-oriented and was able to keep us focused on the end-goal. I was pleased with his ability to negotiate and get the deal done when things got tricky. He really made it happen and his efforts were appreciated.
