Joe smartly used several strategies to stir the market and the potential buyers including listing with a high price at beginning, soon dropping price in two and four weeks, promptly communicating information of potential buyers' intentions and actions with other potential buyers and their agents, opening house at right times. Joe also knows how to deal with different offers to achieve a reasonably high price. Joe is very easy to communicate and understand what I concerned about as a seller and kept me informed all the time. Though young, he possesses and likes to learn and apply the experiences from other senior agents. Joe is also polite, considerate, dedicated, and professional. I would definitely recommend Joe to my friends and family members when they will sell a house.
