Josh marked all of these boxes and was so easy to work with! Josh went above and beyond for us. We had a crazy idea to buy a commercial art studio and turn it into our first home. It was not an easy purchase but Josh was available any time of day, kept an open line of communication with all parties involved, and truly was the one who made the purchase possible. Buying our first home took 6 months from the date we first viewed it until the day we finally closed. We had many unforeseen challenges and Josh handled it all with grace and professionalism. We are so grateful for his hard work and truthfully believe he is the reason we were able to purchase our dream home. Josh checks every single one of those boxes. He is compassionate, kind, hard-working, and truly cares about his clients. It is evident he loves his work and at the end of the day, wants to help people find their dream house. I recommend Josh to everyone I know who is in the home buying process.

Josh never hesitated to answer my barrage of questions that came up throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer there are a lot of unknowns, and having a realtor that is approachable and willing to answer any and all questions fully was so important to me. He does not dishonor others, he is not self-seeking, he is not easily angered, he keeps no record of wrongs. Josh does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. Josh always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Josh never fails. It almost felt unfair having Josh on our side. There was never a doubt that we were getting the best deal and service available. I'm now considering naming my firstborn 'Josh' (boy or girl). If Josh DeWaard leaves the industry, I may just never move. Now that I have seen the mountaintop I can never return to the valley.

If he didn't have the answer immediately, he would always get back to us in a timely manner. Additionally, Josh was always prepared and organized through our entire experience. We loved working with Josh. We intend to refer our family members and friends to him and will definitely seek him out if we move again in the future! He was very approachable, honest, and friendly. I never hesitated to contact him and I knew he would always respond in a timely and professional manner. I'm so grateful that we had Josh to guide us through this process because moving to a new state was very stressful and no matter what came up, we could count on him 100%!
