Buyer reviewJosh was referred to me by my dad and it was the best decision I could make. He was there to answer any questions. If he didn't have the answers he was determined to get them. He would go above and beyond any requests. A major thing that stuck out was when we went to look at a home in lonsdale there were a few dogs there. He stood between myself with my daughter and the dogs so if they were aggressive he was there. I have never had anyone do that before and it was very thoughtful. The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and also had treats that my daughter loved

He knows his product. He knows the market. And I couldn't as for a better person to lead me through the process. I can say without a doubt that buying a car was 10 times more of a hassle then buying and selling a home through Josh! All I did was sit back and he did it all. and at the end of the day, I was satisfied.
