Seller reviewWe were hesitant to put our house on the market and purchase a new house, however, working with Josh made it so easy. We did hit a few bumps with a first buyer, but Josh kept us posted with everything including his advice and opinion. He was always postive and steered us in the right direction. He even went out of his way to speak to others when things got difficult for us. Josh also went out of his way to find contractors for buyer repair requests. Great experience, and I would definitely reccomend him!!

He gave us the best virtual tours and pointed out things that he felt would be important to know. He was so thorough as if he was buying the home himself. He made the process smooth and easy! Buyer reviewFrom step 1 Josh walked us through the entire process. He made everything easy except the decisions which were ours to make and nothing was pushed on us. I believe he was instrumental in the negotiations on price for both the house we bought and the one we sold. We believe we got the best deals we could get get and that's because of Josh and his knowledge of the market. He even worked on our deal on the fourth of July! He listened to our needs and our peeves and provided an unbiased sounding board that allowed us to settle on a property we fell in love with. He is an ethical person and made sure our deal was fair and equitable to both parties without compromising his commitment to us and he is a blast to work with. I would highly recommend Joshua Lane for anyone looking to buy or sell property. I personally will not use anyone else if I buy or sell another property.
