Seller reviewIt was a pleasure working with Joy. We met her at an open house she was hosting where we ended up buying a wonderful new home using her as our agent. We then had two in the same area and needed to get rid of one of them and so we listed it with Joy, fully expecting that due to the market it would take one to two years to sell. Much to our surprise and with Joy's hard work we put that house under contract within about 45 days and closed about a month later. She was very helpful and personable and we would recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs. She is awesome and did a great job! She always kept us in the loop and informed every step of the way. If anyone needs help with real estate we would recommend that they use Joy Ghetia for buying or selling since she did both for us.
