Helping people find their next step is what I love most about my job. When my clients are ready to move forward with that next step, I love being beside them from the beginning to the end of that process: walking with them, sharing my knowledge and experiences and allowing them to share their feelings along the way. As much as I love helping my clients, I feel they give back to me as well. I love the knowledge of life they share with me along this path and sometimes the friendships that end up being formed. I cannot imagine myself doing any other profession and so I look forward to helping you in your next step.

She went above and beyond on multiple occasions, and communication was excellent!! We had multiple offers and Joyce took extra time and attention to the details of each offer as we navigated the sale of my deceased mothers home.

She is someone who is able to take your situation and your needs in a home and find them. There was not one house that we wanted to walk through that she was not able to get us in. Nor was there an offer that did not get put in that we wanted. When it comes to knowledge of the area she is an expert. She made the process of putting in an offer to close on a house a breeze for our family. Most importantly, when having Joyce as your realtor, not only are you getting a competent, awesome realtor but above all, an awesome caring person.

Having moved before closing she was extremely helpful and cooperative in facilitating access to the house we were selling and making sure things were locked up afterwards Due to Joyce and Kent our house had two offers even before it was officially listed for the public. We countered and it was accepted. They are so on top of the situation and pleasant to work with.? The experience was efficient, pleasant and they listened to our needs and accommodated . Buyer reviewJoyce was amazing from the first time we met. My husband was very nervous and was struggling to actually make a commitment on a house. Joyce was patient with him, even more so than I was. I wanted a house and I found a few I really liked. My husband said no to the last house Joyce showed us. I was so disappointed because it felt like "THE HOUSE" for us! It was perfect and I loved it. I had to tell Joyce that we weren't going to go ahead with the house. The next day my husband called Joyce EARLY and told her we wanted the house and could we still get it. Joyce had to work extra hard and call multiple people and she got it done! We got our house and I don't think any other realtor would have been able to do what she did!
