Seller reviewjoyce came to my home on a saturday late afternoon to draw up a sales contract. by sunday morning i received a call asking if i could leave for an hour and the first people bought the house; didn't need to show it to more than one individual! there was a delay in closing due to a snafu with the buyers (no fault of theirs or hers), but she got the job done and done right. home sold for $6,000 over asking. joyce is one of the kindest, friendliest people i have had the pleasure of meeting. you won't go wrong hiring her as your next realtor, if buying or selling your home.
