Seller reviewJoyce (and Jim) Nykolayko were both competent, easy to work with, very responsive to questions, concerns, etc. Several times we felt concern that our home was not selling as quickly as we had hoped. Joyce walked me through the historic trends, helping me to "hang in there". She was especially helpful during the "offer" phase, helping us consider our options. I will refer others, in the area, to utilize their counsel.
